We guarantee our work for 13 months, if it fails within this period you will not be charged for the callback – additional parts and labour may be chargeable if further work that is not part of the original job is required, but you won’t be asked to pay twice, that’s another guarantee.

Pronto Services 24 Month Workmanship Warranty

We guarantee all our work on new bathrooms, new boilers and new central heating installations for double the standard guarantee of our competitors, most are offering 12 months, it’s not that long really and if you’re confident in your work then 24 months should be no problem at all, it’s not for us.

That means if you have any problems with a bathroom, boiler or heating installation, we’ll fix it free of charge within 24 months of installation. (Please note that manufacturers’ parts and labour warranties may apply for longer periods on certain selected products e.g. boilers)

Pronto Services 5 Year Manufacturers guarantee on selected boilers

Would you agree that the best of anything should come with the best guarantee, that’s what we think?

We guarantee no cost to you for repair, parts and labour on a selected range of boilers which are supported by our 5 year manufacturers’ warranty. So should there be a problem in that time frame, there is no cost to you for the repair, parts and labour.

Pronto Services No Dust No Mess – or No Charge Guarantee

We guarantee that if we make a mess and don’t clear up when we are finished there will be no charge. You’ll appreciate we’re not there to do the housework, however!

We guarantee to give outstanding service and to be polite and professional at all times, or there will be no charge

If our team are anything less than polite and professional, you just have to let us know and we’ll give you a refund.

We guarantee there will be no damage to your property, or there will be no charge

We aim to take care of your home or property as if it where our own, if not better, so we will never cause or create damage due to undue care and attention. Some work will require drilling and chopping, so if it’s part of the work at hand then it has to be done, and we will always tell you beforehand, but we won’t do it through lack of care or respect.
