We’ve used David’s services for years, annual checks through to replacing an ancient boiler and some ropy rads. Before changing the boiler David took the time to explain the pros and cons of heat pumps and if it was suitable but also significantly expensive to fit to an older property. I needed a good plumber to install a water sub-meter and picked Pronto Plumber for the job. David arrived promptly and installed the meter. At that time, I questioned the cost of my use of a nationwide gas service company. I decided shortly after the installation of the sub-meter in 2018 to cancel my annual gas service contract with the nationwide company and asked David to do that for me. I have not looked back to question that decision. Pronto Plumber has since provided other ad hoc services including the installation of Fluidmaster fill valves in my toilets, and plumbing advice. Following the replacement of a new garage roof, I discovered the boiler vent hole was misplaced. David very promptly came and installed a new length of vent pipe which allowed me to use my boiler again.
Pronto Plumber has provided me with excellent service throughout my six-year relationship with the company.
